i dont no if its because ive recently go on the pill or just because im eating too much but ive visibly put on weight. I've never liked the way my body looks but recently i've found myself hating my body. Everytime i look at it or try on clothes i just want 2break down and cry. I was a size 8/10 but now am more a 10/12. My BF says he likes my curves but they are gradually becoming fatty flab! Id like to be toned and slim but i dont no what 2do? Im still only 16 and altho i no im still developing that doesn't stop me wishing i had a different body. Im unhappy and want to like myself again.

Have you tried to workout? You need to get out and move for at least 30 min everyday. I feel the same way sometimes and my man loves my body. But ultimatley it does not matter what other's think about your body b/c it's yours. I started working out for 30 min a day (as part of a fitness study at curves) 2 weeks ago and ALREADY i can tell and see the difference. I feel more energized and my body feels great. You don't have to join a gym, but you need to do SOMETHING. Go walk, play a sport, buy some work out videos. I like the ab workout by the FIRM, it's only 30 min and it kicks your butt! Also, yoga is good and there are many videos. Change the way you eat. Start drinking more water and put down that soda. Everytime you pick up that soda or sugared down drink just think about the extra weight you will put on... it's not worth it!! Aquafina makes flavored water that has 0 cal. and is really good. Also, Nabisco has those 100 cal. packs of cookies and crakers (these are good). Make sure you are eating at least 3 meals a day and healthy snacks. No more fast food...and if you have to eat a salad. You are still going to grow for a few years, but if you keep active and eat right your body will be toned, you will be in shape and feel great about yourself. Good luck to you.

Speed walk. Girls tend to only exercise in half-hour increments, but the body begins the real fat burning after the first 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. So, for example, it would be better to exercise for three hours once a week than a half hour six days a week.

Luckily, you can do something about it. Get out there and get exercising. While you are working out, think about WHY you are really exercising. Is it to be healthy and fit? Or do you feel like you can only be loved if you are thin? Right now, it sounds more like the second question. You are going to drive yourself crazy if you keep comparing yourself to others. We are all unique - You've got to learn how to make yourself the best YOU that you can be.

well its a change,
i guess that most people have givin you dieting tips and to do running ect,
the one that i notice the most of girls is 'swimming'
it looses weight, & tones that body, into that irriestible look.


so get that swim suit on,
get tanning,
and you'll be stunning as ever, in time for the summer

You should love yourself!!!!! Just exersise and eat your vegies and fruits. If you like to dance, you should do that! There are alot of ways to get rid of weight. You just need to belive in yourself. And know that you can loose wait, and look good! So work it girl work it, and love yourself, weither your big, small, short or tall. See yourself as being a beautiful human being!

if you are unable to get to a gym (where the trainers are great at helping with nutrition, general health and fitness to suit your needs), see any athletic coach at your school to help with some simple tips to get in shape. the best way to regain your confidence is through workin' it girl! my pregnancy made me go from size 00 to 6 and although it's not a big size, it took a lot of work at the gym to get back to normal- it feels great to work out!!!!

stop this madness, dont even look at your body til u get the ideal
weight u want, be happy and love yourself and just exercise every other day.
eat more fruits and juices and lay off the junk food til u reach your
goal.
Smile and tell yourself, u can do it and u love yourself.
