as many different exercises and how to do them for a flat stomach?

sit ups and crunches are a must.
leg lifts- lay on flat surface, lift both legs up and lower your legs slowly with each count...hold for about 15 seconds when there is about 1 feet before your feet touches the ground. Repeat. (leave hands at your side)

throw-downs - this requires a partner =). One person will lay down and lift their legs up. The other person will push down both legs while the person on the floor must make sure their feet don't touch the floor. (no bended knees)

these stuff really work if you stick to it.

drink vinegar before meals
