oh my gosh, this is a tough one.
there are several different factors, that, when combined; is kinda like that old saying, "too many cooks spoil the stew"
of coarse , i like to stick to the truth, Haiti is the way it is now after surviving civil unrest, and the slave practices of the united kingdom and the us. being caught in the middle is no fun for any one, enter the pirates.and so it is still. however, from my good friends at church tell me that this island of people are in need of salvation

Haiti is not an island, it is part of the island of Hispaniola.
