Look in the phone book under Federal Government. It should contain a listing for I.C.E. or It may still be listed under I.N.S. I can't remember right now the actual name for the I.C.E. unit but the one for I.N.S. is (I)mmigration and (N)aturalization (S)ervice
The initials for I.C.E. I know have Immigration (something) Enforcement. SORRY, wish i could be more help, but I got 2points.
