I am assuming you have taken this dog to the vet after the accident. If the vet felt this was fine then obviously it isn't life threatening but if you have not taken your dog to the vet since this accident then you need to. An accident that would produce an injury like this could well produce internal injuries.

i would talk to your vet about seeing if he has a hernia in that area. if he does than i would get him neutered because the testicle might be damaged. please talk to your vet as soon as you can
