You should take one of the kittens to the vet and Sorry to tell you this but i think they have porvo and if they do even if they do live they will always be ragged!

Not normal. Contact vet in the morning. Blood coming out of the stool is not a good sign.

I wouldn't second guess this...the first thing you need to do is call your vet. Although you say all 3 of them are having the same symptoms means nothing. Call the vet immediately. Good luck to you.

Nope, that is not normal. I do not know what it could be, possibly intestinal parasites, or a gastrointestinal bleed.
You need to take them to the vet, it may be a serious problem!

blood in poop is never normal. call your vet and ask what it could be see the vet if you want them to live.
