I want a six pack for the summer. I'm 14 - - 5'7" and weigh 120 pounds. I'm skinny, but my stomach sticks out, you know what I mean? So what should I do to get a six pack for the summer?

There's a lot of things you can do to get great looking abs by summer. Most require a lot of work. I recommend you checkout the resources below and then start implementing what you read. You can do it!

A variety of ab exercises. Cross leg crunches, normal crunches, 2 level sit ups, butterly kicks, leg raises. Cut some of the calories you intake, and drink lots of water! You'll be wowing your friends by summer! :-)

you should do crunches or sit ups i do around 150-ish a night they help with you stomach i get what you're talking about i have a really big one :) good luck! you can also jump rope! i read in Seventeen that someone jump roped 10 min a night for about a month and lost weight
