In many countries including the US and Canada there are laws that define at what age a person can consent to sex therefore I strongly suggest that you double check on that.
I'm not going to sit here and tell you not to sleep with this girl although in my opinion you are both still too young. Sex is not dirty or bad but it takes a level of love, maturity and commitment I just don't think either of you has reached yet.
I know it's hard sometimes to listen to your friends brag and the media certainly doesn't help but you should never feel like you have to do something by a certain age, especially have sex. Take your time and wait for the right girl and the right moment.
However, if you and this girl are determined to sleep together please be safe and use protection. Trust me you do not want to go the rest of your life regretting your first sexual experience.

If you're 15 then you should be trying to talk too girls who are your age, maybe even 2 or 3 years old than you. This 13 year old better look like Halle Berry.

No one should be having sex until age 17 or 18.
13 and 15 is WAY too young.

WHAT??????? shes 13! r u serious? seriously is sick! U need to maybe talk w/ someone. Really I am not being rude, u may have an underlying problem! No DONT sleep w/ her. Do u want a baby? U looking to be a daddy? u want to drop out of school, have no money, no where to live, no food to feed your baby? no friends cuz yours all out having a good time. there is plenty of good times w/o sex! seriously! kiss her. No, if you're under 16 in most states, it's against the law to have sex anyway - 16 is the age of consent where laws cannot bind you from having sex.
Since you're both under 16 anyway then it's illegal for EITHER of you to sleep with anyone, but since you're older and you are male (that's the way it is) then you will be charged with statutory rape.

absolutely. ppl might say its wrong in that u guys are too young, but as long as its not rape, its legal. my friend was 11 when she lost her virginity to a guy who was 16 at the time. a dude friend of mine was 11 when he lost his viriginity to a girl who was 14. so yea, if u want her, go for it. i know this other dude who slept with a girl when they were both 10. virginity is getting old these days.

Probebly not,,,I'v read that legaly the ages to have sex range from like 15 - 20 years of age in different states. Google it, and try to find a .gov site to figure it out.

well do you mean doin something while you are sleeping with her?? if so no don't do it yet...you can play around but don't go that far!
i am 13 and my bf is 15 and it might hurt our relationship if we did that and we don't want to risk me getting pregnant!
