Whenever I'm worried, scared or have anxiety, I feel dizzy.

What should I do?

Yes, that would be a "normal" reaction to stress. As you know stress isn't good for you,mentally or physically,you may need to read up on some relaxation techniques to help you manage those feelings better. All of us react differently to stress or anxieties,so your not alone.Lots of good info on webmd.com. Take care. SW RNP

It's causing your blood pressure to rise. This depletes blood pressure in the brain which results in feeling dizzy and/or faint. You need to learn to relax and/or starting maintaining a healthy diet which lowers your blood pressure.

you might have mitral valve prolapse.
i have it along with anxiety and dizziness.
go to your reg. doctor and get him to refer you to a mitral valve specialist,
