I personally just started Weight Watchers this past Tuesday. As of today (Saturday) I have already lost 4 pounds. I am wanting to lose probably twice as much as you. I have heard a lot of people talk about the diet so I thought I would try it. There are two different plans: the core plan and the flex plan. I am on the flex plan which allows you so many points a day. I joined for $12 and if I want to go to weekly meetings, it is $12 a week. I do not make a lot of money so I have always failed in the past because I wasn't able to buy the supplements, etc. With Weight Watchers, you do not have to buy anything special, just count your points. I am going to give it 100%. If you are already exercising, it sounds like you have more motivation than me. Try and drink water. On Weight Watchers if you drink diet sodas they can be counted as half of your water intake each day. Good luck. Let me know if I can help you in any other way. I am too trying to lose weight. =)

60 pounds in three months is not healthy, 60 pounds in five to six months is fine with the right support and nutrients etc, if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months.

It would be very difficult for you to achieve your goal in two or three months, but not impossible. You need to count your calories and keep them under 1500 a day. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, as they are good for you and low in calories. Good Luck!!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

You could get pretty close. But it will take a hugh commitment. your plan sounds good. Add some lite weights for toning which helps you look smaller without losing weight. GOOD LUCK YOU CAN DO IT!

Sixty pounds is a lot of weight, talk to your doctor before you go on such a drastic diet, he can give you a plan that's best for you.
