It turns out this song is called Ievan Polkka. This version was performed by Loituma in 1995.
The song is sung in Savo, the eastern dialect of the Finnish language, making it even more comical for Finns.
The intermezzo, which was used in the Flash movie, is just phonetically inspired gibberish with some Finnish words in it.

Yes, it is. It's Finnish, and if you're interested in the song, it's called "Levas Polka" by Loituma. Loituma is a Finnish folk band. There are also several remix versions of "Levas Polka" such as "Levas Breaks."

It's sort of funny how the other two before me said it's nonsense. I recognized some Finnish words although I don't speak it myself except for a few basic things, but perhaps I know it as Finnish because I am from that side of the world.

I wanted to say Japanese at first, but as I listened to it, it just sounded like nonsense.
