I just purchased a big bottle of green tea weight loss pills, do they really work? And any tips on weight loss?

THE POINT IS IM NOT LAZY, I DO WORK OUT, AND I DO EAT RIGHT, ITS JUST I NEED THE EXTRA BOOST TO CURB MY APPETITE @SS HOLE. IM NOT TALKING TO EVERYONE, IM ONLY TALKING TO THE GUY WHO ANSWERED FIRST.

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and you can easily do this without the help of any diet pills. These pills may get more than 2 pounds off per week but it is unhealthy and probably not long lasting. As soon as you stop the pill the weight will come back and you will gain more weight than you lost putting you in a worse position. Everyone responds differently to pills of any kind. I've been taking The Mega-T green tea pills and while I do believe they are safe and they do suppress my appetite, they contain too much caffein for me. You have to take them on a full stomach and only one in the morning otherwise you'll be awake for days. I can't sleep at night and eventually it catches up with me. I felt terrible. I've stopped taking them. On certain days I would have a bad reaction to them and it wasn't good. I felt anxious and nervous and they altered my taste buds. It wasn't a great experience. I heard Dr. Valerie Saxion (naturopath) say that Hoodia was safe and proven very effective. But you have to purchase the authentic expensive ones the others are fake and contain a minimal amount of the actual component that you need. There's something else she said to take with it for maximum effectiveness but you are too young to be taking pills. I honestly don't want to say more to you because you are so young. Unless you are obese you don't need to take anything other than do excercise and watch what you eat. Find the will power to do vigourous excersice 5x a week and get an eating plan that fits you. Kids on the track team lose alot of weight, if you are serious join track or something like that. You might not need pills to lose weight, you are young enough to excercise it off. Good luck! I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Are you an overweight person? If you are not you really shouldnt worry about how to lose weight fast, worry about being healthy. Diet pills dont always work they only make a person become dependent on them so that once they stop taking them they get fat...Try using actual green tea not the pills! A way to lose weight is to simply eat healthier foods and try excercizing. Don't eat late at night and do not eat foods that will defer weight loss. Its that simple...a pill isnt going to change your weight.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

make it a point to use the steps whenever possible use the bathroom on a different floor at work take the stairs at the bus station the airport or the mall
