how can i burn the calories ,i was doing good all day ,untill right now

you just consumed about 690 calories. to burn that off you will have to do about half an hour on a stationary bike, walk a whole hour, or just not go over your calorie limit for the day.

It wont hurt you. You should worry if it was a daily part of your diet, but its okay. By the way... the more you focus on calories and loosing weight, the more and faster you will gain the lbs. Just consider the 6 reese's pb cups a treat.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Go for a walk. You may not burn the whole amount but you will burn some of it. Don't forget to give yourself a treat everyday, if not you will end up just binge eating. Walk for 1/2 hour and you will feel a lot better!

Go for a jog around the block , or do some aerobic execises. I guess you're trying to stick to a diet- but sometimes it's impossible and you end up cheating. Keep lots of water on hand for the times when you're tempted. If you don't have the sweets around, you won't be tempted.

You dont need to regret it UNLESS it was made with Peter Pan Peanut Butter sold last year. There have been salmonella reports due to that brand.

Walk or do Tae-bo, you'll burn them off in no time, on the other hand tell yourself this was your reward for being good all day.
Don't beat yourself up over this, happens to all of us.

That's ok, this shouldn't discourage you from sticking to a diet tomorrow. Today, if you can exercise or dance really vigorously to your fave energetic music. Also, you can do this tomorrow - the food you eat today will not turn to fat in one day.

Just dont eat anymore unless u gonna do a good exercise workout afterwards.

honey get some help....... mental help ..... heck i do that.... but I don't have any eating disorders and I don't regret it, I just get sick........ you seem to obsessed with weight....... relax, calm down and if you really have a disorder get help.
