becuase i started working out
how do i get them back without putting on major weight?

You can't gain or loose weight in just particular area of your body. Just be happy with your progress toward getting fitter and healthier.

Unfortunately that's just the first place every woman looses weight from! It happens to me too! I don't think there is a way to put it back on without regaining what you've already lost... Look into a sbutly/minimally padded bra if you've really lost a lot...

Where fat is concerned, innate body logic, for most people, is "last in, first out". That means that the fat deposits acquired most recently will likely be the first to be reduced if you change your eating and exercise habits.

Breasts are largely comprised of fatty tissue, and, for most young women, this is the "last in" item as they pass their post-puberty development.

(Note that I said young women, as this factor can change with age)


Both male and female bodies tend to have a preference to burn calories from fat when an ongoing energy draw is needed, so, when they first begin working out, (remember the adage above....last in, first out) it is common for women to experience a size change in their breasts.

In later life, the tendency to acquire fat in the hips falls into the same category....last in, first out...so remember to exercise frequently.

There is no way to know how much of this fat-fuel/calorie burn will take place, nor how muscle buildup will occur, but, excepting these, your body should eventually balance out, and something close to your former symmetry will be restored.

Better physical fitness usually means better health. Be patient and wait for your body to balance itself. Meanwhile, take advantage of the opportunity improved fitness is giving you, and enjoy your new life.

You cant get your breasts back without gaining weight unless u have surgery to make them bigger.

Breasts are mostly some fat and muscle, you are just burning down the fat out of them, do more repets to give them a better shape.

You can't get them back, but you can perk them up with some upper body work-outs like butterfly curls and stuff like that.

I loved it when mine shrunk...... I wish they would shrink again. that is just the way it is...... don't worry when you get older they will get bigger
