Most kids start having sex between the ages of 16 and 17 but I say whenever you are ready because that is a big decision you just can't take back don't rush it because when you're ready it will come. Good Luck

When you realize and understand that sex itself may seem like innocent fun, but the health and pregnancy risks are very real. And that the responsibility for preventing those risks is YOURS and no one else's.

When you are old enough to assume the responsibility for the innocent child you will create.

When you are financially able to support that child

If you are asking that question then it is obviously not the right time. There is no right or wroing time, but if you are religious then you definitely must wait for marriage. The biggest mistake someone can make is give themselves to the wrong person.
