Falcon wings come to a point at the end, eagles and hawks have broader wings that end in feathers that look like "fingers"

Falcons have long pointy wings, they fly with rapid wing beats. Smaller Falcons like to fly straight at things to attack them. Larger one like Peregrines fly high and then dive. They can go over 200 miles an hour when diving.
Hawks have much stouter wings. they use much slower wing beats and soar more. But the eagle holds its wings flatter trhan a hawk and hardly flaps them at all. very slow strong beat when she does.

I'd put a small caliber bullet through the middle of its silhouette and get an ornithologist to identify the body.
