im 12 yeaars old weigh154ibs and im 5"2 i dont know how t explain this but i havent really been eating for like almost 2 months and i went from weighing 180 to 154 and im very depressed i want to eat healthy and lose weight but im scared of food and im afraid that if i eat i am going to gain weight instead of losing weight,,i am scared t eat it makes me feel like im getting fatter i wanna lose 44 ibs healthy but it will probably take to long and if i start eating im just gonna gain the weight back what do i do?!??!?!?!

Helo Emo - Tisu is bone, fat or muscle. Work Ur muscles or U gain fat, unles U dont eat ( no opton ). Do fun things & normal activity more intensely. U njoy doing may get result. Use big muscle - back, legs & arms. Cut hi calorie - fats & sweets & improve nutrition. Dont give up. U made progres & r near Ur goal! Gaining & losing is life-long! Tell Ur folks about the wories.

Peace to you. Congrats on your progress. That's a lot of weight to loose. 12 is a tough age, because you are teetering there between childhood and adulthood. You are about to hit a growth spurt. We all need food to survive. Our downfall is the fast food and the processed food--the stuff we can take out of the freezer and nuke like chicken nuggets, pizza rolls, etc. Stay away from that stuff. Do a little nutrition research online and learn how to cook. You can learn how to make oatmeal or scrambled eggs with cheese for breakfast; you can make a tuna salad sandwich on whole wheat bread for lunch, with an apple and some yogurt and carrots. You can snack on apples and carrots and yogurt. Eat one serving of what is provided for dinner, if someone in your home cooks. Otherwise, you learn to cook and ask your mom or dad to take you to the grocery store to shop after you've looked over some recipes. You have to do something outside every day for at least 20 minutes. The sun and air make your body and mind feel better. You can walk around the block or ride your bike. I know it's not easy, but you are well on your way to what you want, but you can't go all crazy and not eat. That will only ruin your health. God bless. Oh, drink a lot of water and stay away from sugared drinks and take a multi vitamin every day.

Hi I know that 12 yrs old is a rough time and you body has changed so much, but honey at this point you need to speak to your mother or school nurse or an adult you can trust. This could end up being a very serious eating disorder, as it sounds as though you are already developing an eating disorder. No matter what you need to talk to an adult. I wish you the best!~

Honey, I know what your going through. I am also 5'2 and weigh 154 lbs. I have tried every diet known to man and after alot of money spent and alot of food wasted, I come to realize that exercise is the only way. It sucks! I hate to exercise but no pain, no gain. Good Luck!!

What you need to do is have your Mom or Dad take you to a Nutritionist, They will tell you the right foods to eat and the right exercise to do. I know your afraid but what your doing now will end you up in the hospital and other organs will be damaged and I know you don't want that.

calm down, kids go thru this at your age.
just eat foods that fill u fast like fruits and yogurt
any apples, they are nonfattenin.
Dont eat late at night, just eat 3 meals a day and
exercise or stay moving on feet 20 min after a meal
go on hikes, walk jump on trampoline, exercise.
U need to eat cause your body needs nutrition.
Try Total Cereal ..it is 100 percent vitamins

ahhh honey I am so sorry.... please go to the doctor.... if your parents don't care or are fat themselves, then take it upon yourself to get yourself to an ER and let them get you to a shrink and nutritionist........ you need to eat...... this everybody has got to be skinny is crazy... but you must eat the right things...... you are so young... where are your parents? if they are neglecting or not helping, sorry but it is on you if you value your life. Go to the ER and talk to a doc, a shrink, and do what they say. If your parents are really non caring, you may just have to leave and live with positive loving supportive people. don't ruin your life l. you are oh so young.... I will pray for you.

first off you will hit another growth spurt so dont worry and its not what you eat its how its prepared dont be afraid to eat or your gonna let it get in your head and become a loony just think and visulize you being skinny every night just picture yourself how you want to look or go to the website thesecret.tv tells you how to get everything you want eat alot of veggies

You should talk to your mom and dad. Being so scared of gaining wight that you don't eat are symptoms of anorexia. It's really nasty disease that can kill you or cause permanent damage to your body.

you have an eating disorder. talk to your mom or someone you trust so that you can get the help that you need before this gets out of control
