If and when you go to court tell your lawyer the truth about what happened and if you are telling the truth you should get less time but if this is what happened you have some crappy friends and you should rat him out.

Technically, entering the shed without permission does qualify as 'breaking and entering'. Actual breaking is not required. Under to scenario you gave, the most you are actually guilty of is receiving stolen property. If you return the wheels and can show that you paid your 'friend', you should be fine. Good luck getting you money back.

If you have a bill-of-sale, I don't see what the problem is. If this so-called Friend was a friend he'd come to the rescue and bail your butt out of trouble wouldn't he? Why not give the police the name of this individual and have him checked out? As far as a conviction for B&E, No-Way, Criminal Tresspass w/Intent to commit theft, (Maybe), Your case seems to hinge on the police finding this so-called friend. Try making an offer to the complaintant or at least to convince them that you didn't steal anything. Tell them your story and see what they say.
GOD BLESS/GOOD LUCK!!
