The USMC sells cd's with their cadences... they're awesome! Try out grunt.com... or it may be grunts.com That's a great starting spot. There may also be lyrics online someplace...

i downloaded alot off of Bearshare i just searched for Marine Corps Running Cadences you get alot of good **** but there are alot of different cadences try makeing up your own...it's really not that hard
