Sleep deprivation can kick off a manic episode in someone who is bipolar.

It relaxes your body so when u wake up the next day u would have plenty of energy.

SLEEP IMPROVES OUR MENTAL HEALTH FUNCTIONING , WE ARE LESS TIRED ..OFTEN LACK OF SLEEP CAUSES US TO BE OVER ANXIOUS AND EITHER SAD OR DEPRESS..IT HAS BEEN KNOWN THAT LACK OF SLEEP CAN CAUSE HALLUCINATIONS TOO!
