Northwest Airlines and their regional partner airlines of Northwest Airlink provides the only non-stop flights from Memphis Int'l airport (MEM) to Philadelphia Int'l airport (PHL) and Pittsburgh Int'l airport (PIT).

(Memphis - Philadelphia)
They have 3 daily flights to PHL except on Saturday when they have only 2 daily flights. The scheduled flight time is between 2 hours & 31 minutes to 2 hours & 40 minutes depending on the flight.

(Memphis - Pittsburgh)
They have 3 daily flights to PIT except on Saturday when they have only 2 daily flights. The scheduled flight time is 1 hour and 55 minutes on all flights.

To go to other airports in Pennsylvania for Memphis, you'll have to go through other major hub airports (i.e. - PHL, PIT, Detroit, etc.)

The actual flight time will depend on the winds, speed of the aircraft and the actual route the aircraft flies.

I did some search on this on the northwest airlines site and the least amount of time is 1 hour and 25 minutes to 2 hours and 6 minutes. Here is the site for you. Good luck.
