Problem is my foot fetish, I love shoes and feet, and I think females see this as weird, so maybe that is my problem, that is how I am wired though. Help!!!

I have a foot/shoe fetish, it is not like I can NOT have it, how is it best to bring it up or must I always keep quiet about it for fear of upsetting the lady?

It's not that big of a deal. If you have a friend you trust not to act like a jacka$$, start by telling the friend. Then you'll see it's not a big deal. The word "fetish" isn't really shocking anymore. a minority of people would disapprove strongly, but most will see it as neutral and some will even think it's positive.
I'm willing to bet your shyness isn't completely foot related, by the way. You're just a bit insecure, not much you can do but practice.

Everyone has their quirks and I consider that a little weird. Don't bring it up until you are with a girl for a while. A lot of girls think feet are ugly, so they don;t want you cuddling, kissing them or doing whatever it is that you do.
Don;t mention it until like date number......40 or 50 id say.

I don't think that is wierd. It's cute. Maybe you could start up a conversation with shoes.. I would think they would love that!!
