Fat around the middle is usually caused by an over abundance of Cortisol hormone. The body is putting out too much cortisol.

Changing diet to include a balance of low glycemic index carbs, lean protiens and good fats, with lots of clean water and exercize for 30 minutes 3 times a week will help the body to decrease cortisol.

Also the new low cut waist jeans push any fat you have below the waist line up and out over the waist.

Start belly Dancing. No seriuosly it helps a lot to get rid of belly fat.Do AB crunch. It helps a lot too.You need to move your muscles in your belly area to get rid of the fat.Try to breath in while tucking your stomach in.You can do it any time of the day as many times as you want.It streches the muscles so they burn the fat.Do not even think about buying any sauna belt or any other such thing that claims that they wil burn your belly fat that is just a hoax.

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. For more information on toning up, visit http://straighthealth.com

are u a man or woman? having fat around the belly, increases ur risks for cardiovascular diseases. there is no target exercise to do. you have to just change your eating habits and get active- jogging, walking, swimming, spinning, just get active.
