When the hair is wet, use a pick, not a brush. Brushing it with a brush will cause the curls to become frizzy. If you need styling tips, let me know. Good Luck!

You probally shouldnt brush your curly hair, with a brush unless you want to look like a poodle. I personally use a very wide tooth comb when In the shower. And thats all. Do not use a regular brush.

You should only brush curly hair to spread the scalp oil throughout the hair (it makes it shiny). Use a natural bristle brush.

Otherwise, use a wide-toothed comb.

I would not suggest brushing really curly hair. You are asking for frizz. I would suggest using a hair pick. A great product that I use on my daughter's hair is Redken's Fresh Curls. It takes the frizz out of her curls and makes them look softer and gives better ringlets.

Brush right after you shower, when your hair is still wet. Your hair will be a lot more managable and won't tangle in your brush or comb.
When you are done, don't blow dry your hair, because that just makes your hair messy again. Simply pat gently with a towel.

First wash and condition the hair then use a wide toothed comb while the hair is still damp. Don't try to brush it while dry.

You don't! lol. If you brush really curly hair, it will become "poofy." Instead use a comb or even just your fingers w/gel and mousse.
