There are 2 chioces,1 if you have insurance i can email place to go too right now. 2.you can go to AAor NA meeting and do it cold turkey but if you are on some drugs like me opaits herion coican.you need the in rehab. it worked for me i have off drugs for 20 years and i am 43 years old
