There is no easy way to break up with someone all you can do is just break it to them gently really. But do tell her the truth though she does deserve to know how you really feel about her
I cant tell you it wont hurt her cause it will but thats the best way really is to tell her straight about how you feel. And yeah

Just be honest with them. If its not right then don;t sugar coat it. If you do it vaguely, shes going to think there is a chance of you getting back together and then you will be leading her on, which isn't fair to her. Don;t be an ***, but be straightforward.

I think when you dump they will get the picture that you are no longer into them.
Just tell her that you have grown apart and you think it best that you both move on.
