"Cold or Hot... SPAM hits the spot!"
Grilled, fried SPAM & Velveeta Sandwhiches = my favorite.
There are some SPAM-dandy recipes out there. Some can be found at http://www.spam.com . This is a great product, it has a long shelf life; is good for travel such as camping or to keep in your car in case you get stuck in a storm; can be eaten As Is, right out of the can; comes in many varieties e.g. less sodium and turkey; they have funny stuff written on their cans; and has been around for years proving itself worthy. Afterall, more SPAM is eaten in Hawaii than any other state and these people already live in paradise.

I love it which is surprising as I once had a tin that was completely black inside and it took me a while to get Spam in America to act. It cannot be that good for you as it has high salt. A friend was a chef in the Antartic and ate Spam every day for two years and is healthy

Apparently there are a lot of us that like spam. A better question might be - what exactly is it about spam that you dislike, or, how many of you that say you don't like it have actually tried it?

Obviously, it's been sold for years...a lot of people. As a matter of fact Walmart doesn't stock anything that doesn't move quickly, and they stock Spam. I've heard it sliced, fried and put in a sandwich,,,chopped for a salad (like tuna or chicken salad)...used in casseroles, with eggs, and it's great for taking when camping, it is precooked and can be eaten cold. It's actually very good emergency food, it has a long shelf life and doesn't need to be heated.

In emails, no. In a can, yes! If you want a quick fried rice just fry up a handful of spam chunks with some scrambled egg, then add the rice and soy sauce! Quick easy fried rice, my boys love it!
