Ok, I like this guy he's amazing and he's my best friend does this mean he likes me....He stares at me alot in class and when i look back he looks away. I am like in his gang with his friends. People say he likes me. He is like never mean to me. If he walks somewhere and i don't go with him he comes back in a few seconds. He sits at my table at lunch. He teases me. What does this mean does he like me? why or why not?

I think he does like you... He does this probably because he wants to give you clues. If he's your best friend then why don't you ask him? People say that your friendship will be ruined by doing this. It depends on your reaction. Act cool to whatever he says and talk it out or something...

Sounds like he is feeling you but he may be a little shy. If you like him just tell him. Tell him that you are interested in getting to know him bettter and that you would really enjoy hanging with him one on one.
