Some say everyday, some say three days a week. I think it depends on what you want to accomplish. The key is to have a good routine that will work your entire body including a good cardio exercise. This is some good information about exercise routines.

Well im currently on a full body routine with 3 varrying days to keep it fresh every week. Really seeing solid size and strength gains. That would be the best course for any begginner body part splits are really meant for more of an advanced lifter since they are only hitting each body part once a week, since they dont need as much stimulation to achieve growth.

Be sure to do deadlifts, squats, bench, overhead presses, rows, pullups these are the ultimate strength/size builders hands down.

Hi

This is all dependant on what muscles you are working. If you were working out seperate boday parts then I would say would out every day.

E.g

Mon - Chest, Triceps, Abs
Tues - Biceps, Back, Abs
Wed - Quads, calves
Thurs - Do mondays workout

Thats what I used to do.

Or if you are doing the smae work out everyday then I would go Mon, Wed, Fri and on Sunday do cardio only.

I wouldn't recommend that you work out every day. I work out this way: two days on and one day off.
It's important to allow your muscles to rest and repair themselves. If you don't, you risk permanent, painful injuries.
Good luck!

I think you could work out for 5 days, but concentrate on a different area each day. Check out www.bodybuilding.com its the best online.
