doesn't any one know? how can i get nice, sparkling eyes that are not dull?

Clean your eyes, try to remove black circles under your eyes (if u have).Practice eye shading and change ur eye lens to ur desired colour. I'm sure it would make your eyes look sparkling because I have done it once and got best results.Take care of your eyes because your eyes are your most powerful weapons!!

My answer is going to be somewhat metaphysical. To me, beautiful eyes are a reflection of who a person is. I know it sounds clichéd, but I think eyes are the center of somebody's countenance, and a person that has a good countenance tends to have nice eyes.
Note that none of what I've said has anything to do with eye makeup. Of course, I believe that makeup (when used in moderation) can enhance the natural beauty already present. Since you're a guy, I'm guessing that doesn't apply to you.
Smile more. :) It seems to make people's eyes sparkle.

I know that when my eyes are kinda dull. Most of the time red and dry I mean, I just pop a couple of drops of Visine in them. That seems to make the white whiter, and my eyes seem to shine with a nice glare. If that doen't work I guess you could just get some colored contacts or something.

you can have nice eyes by using colour contacts also but its not an pemanent one .use herbal products .wash ur eyes in cold water every day .use lemon juice ( 2-3 drops ) in water and wash with that.eat spinach daiy this will improve ur eye power .do some exercises related to eye.a simple exercise is apply coconut oil around ur eyes and see the sun in early morning .For mor exercises contact a good eye doctor.

There's no way to get beautiful, glamourus eyes, but like others have said, colored contacts are deffinately a good choice. Water helps too, and you can also find eye drops that make your pupils get smaller, try those. I hope you get the eyes you want! lol, glad to help

Pour a bottle of glitter in your eyes. Perhaps you should try the glue that has glitter in it because that will stick to your eyes very well.
