okay there is this guy i don't really know if he likes me but in school he kind of made the teacher mad at both of us and after that he kept saying i'm not your friend any more but i kept saying i don't care and he said wow u are mean and he ask's me to hug him everyday after class. also i am not interested.does he really like me or is trying to be flirty?

i think that he does like you as i have done that before it means he's so shy to say he likes you just give him the hug if you like and take it from there.
