Before you pay for an operating system, try UBUNTU or XUBUNTU. They are free and reliable operating systems. All the programs that you will ever need are free too.

Contact the PC manufacturer for an operating system restore disk.

Call Microsoft they would be the only ones that will be able to help you or buy an oem copy there cheaper just don't have installation instructions.
