cheating online? What do you mean like looking at nudie pictures or chatting with other females like virtual sex? Maybe you mean he is trying to set up encounters to meet someone else for sex? I hate when people classify that as cheating. That is so retarded. The only thing I could see as even being remotely like cheating is someone trying to get dates or sexual encounters set up with other people. It may be a little sleazy and disconcerting to the other partner, but it is just indulgence of fantasy. It is no different than when women read romance novels and fantasize about the sex in them. If there is no physical contact or intent of physical contact it is not cheating. Cheating is a pretty strong accusation which implies breaking the bonds of the relationship. If you categorized every action that was not physical or with the intent of future physical actions almost everything could be considered as cheating. Being close with another member of the opposite sex, going to strip clubs, looking at porn, reading erotic stories, girl/guy talk about sex, not rebuffing a flirtation, etc etc etc.

However all that information should still be there if you absolutely must delve into it. Take his computer to a place that works on computers and helps with tech support, removal of viruses, recovery of lost information. They should be able to help you.

I would suggest you firstly checked on the computer that it is set up to save the history - if not change it so it does. If you go back in to check it and it is gone then he is doing it on purpose and i guess you kind of have to ask yourself why he feels the need to hide stuff - it's not something we all feel the need to do.

The trouble is, some men are just such compulsive liars they will leave us in tears hoping that they are telling the truth and we find ourselves believing them until we find concrete evidence - if you need to - hire an expert to search - PI - in the long run it could be worth any cost you pay.

There is a really good chance he is looking at pron but y would he erase the history if it was only that... humm. Put a video camera in the room with the computer and make sure it is hidden, then look at the tape when he has left and see what he is doing.

Why are you spying on him?
If you don't trust him do you really need to know what he's up to on the internet? Don't you think there's a more fundamental problem here anyway?
Aside from the debate as to whether or not one can "cheat" on the internet, if you don't trust him and you're already spying on him and seeking to invade his privacy the problems you have are big enough even before you find out if he is cheating.

Why does he erase his history? Because you are snoopy, untrusting control freak? Suspicion of cheating is a self fulfiling prophecy. But on the positive side you probably deserve each other.

real simple. Just put a keylogger on the pc. He'll never know that it's there and it will not only record every single keystroke, buy it will give you the email addys that he is sending mail to as well. It will also give you his passwords. It's sneaky but if you want to make sure he is on the up and up. That is the way to go.

Have a spy program downloaded on your computer. If red flags are going up, then investigate. Do yourself the biggest favor and find out the truth. Whatever it takes.
