Change what you can and accept the rest. Find a 12 step meeting and attend at least once a week for 6 months.

Remember that normal is a cycle on the washing machine and just try to stay in the functional category. Do what works. If its working don't change it; if its isn't working then try something else. Most of life is about adjusting to insanity!
