Yes, my husband is Muslim and I am non-practicing Christian/studying Islam. Muslim men can marry Christian, Jewish or Muslim women.

God says in the Quran that People of the Book are lawful in marriage to muslims. Those who fight against Islam or do not believe in God at all are unlawful for marriage. People of the Book are Christians and Jews as they are our brothers(sisters) in religion. God does not allow marriage for muslim men and forbid it for muslim women to People of the Book. Thats a man made prohibition dating back to the ....."whats mine is mine and whats yours is mine too"...theory of the early arab/muslim man that viewed women as the property of men. God does not allow something for one gender and forbid it to the other on any subject anywhere in the Quran.
