Wow thats really light! It all depends on your goals. For example if you wish to have more muscle def. then you need to kick it up a little on the cals and do some free weights or body weight exercises. The best way to tell IF you want to stay the same is...if you arent moving in size then dont change anything. 2000 calories a day should be okay. You exercise enough and sounds like you burn alot of it off but have a healthy enough regiment to keep your weight where it is. If you lose more weight, you might consider upping your calories a little as you are probably not taking in quite enough calories. It sounds like you are doing really good. It sounds like you are very health conscious and are not trying to undereat or overeat so it sounds like you are doing good. Don't listen to the person above that says you would be considered anorexic. People consider overweight people lazy and they don't know the first thing about their situation. Before I was pregnant I too exercised 30 minutes to an hour a day and only consumed 800 daily calories and was told I was eating to much. I am 275 pounds before I was pregnant and as soon as I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism started losing weight (230 pounds now). I had to increase my intake because I am pregnant to closer to a normal calorie range+300-500 calories more because of pregnancy and am still losing weight so please do not let people tell you, you are anorexic because of it. If you notice you are losing weight up your calorie intake. As I said, I have a normal daily intake and am still losing weight. I haven't had morning sickness or any problems and the baby is growing and perfectly healthy. Doctor said it was because my metabolism is now doing it's job.
