That depends! If you wrote that without slang meaning, it comes: "La montàgna è frèsca, or la montagna è càlma". (La mohn-tàh-gnah èh frèhs-kah, or, èh kàhl-mah. Oh like in saw, ah like in are, eh like in men, gn like n of the Spanish word senor). I add that in that case we don't use 'montagna' to say the sierra, or the mountains, but to say that the mountain environments are symbol of chilliness or tranquillity. Ciao.
