It's my friends birthday, he's a guy, I have no clue what to get him and I have a tight budget too. Can anyone make a good gift suggestion for a guy for $15 or under?
PS: he's not into music or movies at all so I can't get him a CD or DVD.

it is a surprise to many people but a nice gift that is nice for all people is the wallet. it can be expensive or not so depending where you want to get one.

ummm chocolate! every one has to love chocolate! if not then get him small things little like at the dolor store, as in candy. The dolor store has awesome stuff!

you should defenitely get him a tie. its a classic.....otherwise, if he doesnt wear ties, u should get him a toy car....a collectible one...they dont cost much!!!!!
