Believe it or not, everyone has insecurities. These girls that you find to be gorgeous have just as many doubts about themselves as you do, thats why confident guys do so well with women.
Its easy to say, but don;t be nervous, there are millions of beautiful women in the world and if you blow it with one, there are plenty others to choose from. Start talking to them all, pretty soon it will be simple. Practice makes perfect. Say it with a smile and don;t doubt yourself. You may be just what this girl was looking for.....just do it.

not really,
just make up conversation about anything, even if its stupid. you can turn it into a joke or something.
thats the only advice i could give, try to ask questions that is a good start.
