It is very normal.....do not worry. It will get better. The third day after a workout is usually the worse. Your muscles are getting use to the effort and it takes just a little time. When you exercise, blood is forced into the muscles to feed them. It also brings lactic acid, a waste product, Once you get in better condition, you body will flush this out. This time next week you will feel much better.

Yes, it is normal to feel that way. You are making your bod do things that it's not used to. Try a 'sits' bath with really warm (but not hot) water with Epsom salt. Sit there for about 20 minutes. Rub your muscles and rest.
This is somewhat of a pivotal time...some people keep pressing ahead at 100% and then end up hurting themselves. Some people just quit all together and make it that much harder to start over again.
From my personal experience, if you are REALLY hurting, take a day or two off in order to feel better. If you are just achy, you can continue, just go 75% of your normal exertion.
Good luck!

Carry on, it's totally normal. I've been working out for 10 years and if I have a few weeks off for whatever reason, or start a new type of exercise, I ache something terrible. Sometimes it's good to have a day or a couple of days off. Keep it up and good luck to you, I promise it'll get easier as you go along.

It is normal.

Just watch that you are not overdoing it.
Rest days are as important as work out days. Your body needs to recuperate and adjust to the new effort levels it is submitted to. It is actually in this rest periods that your body gets fit!

As someone else said; stretch before and specially after your routine.

Do not get discourage, carry on, things will get so much better!
