Not really. If they have a similar maturity level and share common interests they can sustain a relationship. I've dated women ten years younger and ten years older than me(granted I'm 30) You just have to have chemistry and things in common.

It depends on the situation. If you two are REALLY good friends and connect really well, then it's not weird. If he just met you and automatically decided he liked you without knowing you that well, it almost definitely means he wants to use you because you're young and naive, and that you'll end up getting hurt. A good guy would at least be a little weirded-out by your age and not go out with you unless he was REALLY into you.
