That "mouth liquid" is just drool. You are sleeping with your mouth open - very common. This is also why you may snore.

However, if this wasn't typical of you before, then you have to see what's different in your life. Have you grown in height a fair amount recently? Have you gained a fair amount of weight recently (be honest)? Have you had a cold, allergies or anything that might cause blocked sinuses?

I have always had trouble with my sinuses, and it's tough for them to remain clear at night. You can try using those nasal strips that will help keep your nasal passages open and allow you to breathe easier at night.

If you have no changes in your life (that is, no weight gain, no blocked sinuses, etc.), and your snoring really is sudden, then you may want to talk to your doctor. Sleep apnea may be occurring and this can be due to not only weight gain, but also more serious medical issues (high blood pressure).

Hope this helps!

I don't know about your snoring problem.
Concerning the saliva flowing out of your mouth when you sleep: It has to do with the deficiency of sea salt and water in your body.
Recommendation: drink sufficient amount of water each day, and take a pinch of sea salt(not table salt: table salt is stripped of essential minerals needed for the body) each day. You can take a pinch of salt in your mouth just fine, although I do recommend that you add a little bit of salt in your food when cooking. It flavors it, and it's good for you, too.
Hope this all helps.
