YES. No one wants to fight a religious war. That is the war Radical Islam is fighting. If the other countries don't start fighting back there will be more riots like the one past in France. It will be a war about religion. It will include the whole of the world even the countries who are currently hiding their heads in the sand.

You must be 12 or something. To obviously think that those are the two only countries that are fighting terrorism. Yeah, many countries didn't go to war in Iraq, because Iraq was never a Terrorist Hot Spot, just a dictator who was brutal, and little bush wanted to settle a score, and most of the world saw right through his little plan. Remember, Saddam and Bin Laden hated each other and obviously didn't work together, plus Saddam was a President, who had Palaces and an Army, he didn't need to resort to little bombings like the terrorist, and running of and living in little caves in the mountains. If there is terrorism there, that's because the US and UK turned Iraq into an Ideal haven for terrorist, no strong leader, people have fallen into a civil war, and when chaos breaks out, everybody knows that's a perfect time for somebody else to come into the picture and offer false hope.

Look at Afghanistan, or have you forgoten about them already. The UN is there, and there are many countries involved there, that usually don't get involved or go to wars. It was a well known fact that Al Qaeda was there, and the world did act, and are still fighting terrorism there. Don't forget how they are also in African and Asians to. Second, you can't just march into a country because you think they have terrorist there, it doesnt work like that.

You should also go and see the websites of other Governments around the world, and you will see that lot's of them have laws against terrorism, and are also fighting it at home.

Other countries see the US and UK as terrorist nations to, starting wars around the world, killing lots of people along the way, and only caring about their own interest, and telling other nations, do what we say, or else. Obviously they aren't, but you should think outside your little box and actually get your facts straight.

They aren't. Israel has been combating terrorism for a very long time. Germany, France, and Italy has also been forced to combat terrorism.

The Germans were very successful at the Mogdishu Airport, the Israelis at Entebbe and a host of other places.

Much of the world has been victimized by terrorism long before 9/11.

We are relative new comers to the "War on Terror".

You forget that 'terrorism' exists only in the eye of the beholder. What one faction perceives as terrorism another sees as a fight to the death for their survival.

In the current situation nations that align themselves with one faction or another are doomed to suffer the consequences of retaliation by the other camp. It is not that they are afraid to combat terrorism, but that taking sides in a fight that does not involve them can result in a catastrophic situation for an otherwise peaceful nation.

Hope that helps,

They are either afraid or they have too much money to earn by remaining friends with the nations that sponsor terrorism.
