Sunny is a big dog that is almost 2 years old. He fights with our other dogs. And he digs were the electrical wires to the fence are buried. We have tried everything and he won't stop.

Dogs dig because they are bored. As he is digging near electrical wires, it is imperative that you stop him. Put snap traps (the kind that you use to catch mice) along the dig line. His nose will get pinched and he will get the clue. He won't dig there anymore, although he probably will dig other places. But at least he won't be electrocuted.

De-claw him. We had to do that with my little dog cause he wouldn't stop digging even with electric fences.

There's a can of spray for animals to stop them from touching the areas that you don't want them in. You might find at petsmart. put something in the area and then spray it.
