If you have hurt your leg give yourself a break, even top athletes have to take a little time off from time to time. Just make sure you don't stop completely, a few days won't harm you. by the way what is your injury, is it muscular or what? I've had the occasional muscle strain, you just need to rest it for a few days, but when you start up again do so carefully, or you will make it bad again.

Before worrying who can you get to fat burning zone with a sore foot, GO to the doctor!

Do not make matters worse, you can injure yourself and loose much more that what you attempt to gain.

World class athletes also rest due to injuries and are back to their level in no time if they take care of their injuries. DO alike.

Good luck!

I'm not sure, but if you find one, let me know, I've done my right knee in doing kung fu but want to keep losing weight. I might have to bite the bullet and rest the bugger!! Swimming is good, but I'm not overly keen on it.
