PS-When I do lose the weight, I want to change my hair, do you have any good advice ond how to go from medium brown to light blonde?

instead of dieting, you need to establish a regular routine of exercise and healthy eating. this does not mean you can't go out and have fast food with your pals, it just means that you should make better choices most of the time. (instead of the big mac have two regular cheeseburgers.. as an example.) work out or Rollerblade, whatever sport you enjoy at least 3 times a week for about an hour. Learn about nutrition, figure out the foods that you have a hard time passing up and avoid them or ask your parents not to have them around. Get a friend to join in the exercise.
As a footnote, i lost over 80 pounds simply by rollerblading every day for about an hour.. i was skating vigorously on a recreation trail, not just cruising. I now go about 3 times a week.. and only modified my diet to cut out sodas, only go to fast food 3 times a month and try to avoid fried and prepackaged food.
