Okay. I'm about 5'5'' and I'm 143 pounds. 15 years old. I've gained about 20 pounds in a couple months. I really want to loose weigh by Spring break, my birthday. Say about 20 pounds back to the old me? I have a treadmill, two 5 pound weights, and 3 pounds for ankle weights. But I don't have any way to get to gyms. What would be some good ways to loose weight with those three things by Spring break? I at least want 10 pounds off. I also play soccer but the season is over and is starting after Spring break so I also need to get in shape. I run 2 miles on the treadmill every couple days and go on walks once a week with some friends. HELP. I'd like to not use any money to get better.

Well to start, I see a little flaw in your exercise program. You do things every so often. The only way to see improvement is constant, so I would say do it every day or at least 4-5 times a week. Make sure it's AT LEAST a half n hour of cardio but also combine weight training. More muscle=more fat burning. Your 5 lb weights are good but you will need to upgrade once your muscles improve. I would use the ankle weights while I was on the treadmill if I were you.

Also you need a healthy diet. Look at the nutrients on things, also serving sizes which are usually based a 2,000 calorie diet. Google up your BMI and also play around and try to find how many calories you need to maintain your current wieght. Then reduce 500 calories a day and you'll automatically lose a pound a week. I suggest you slowly cut back on everything thats junk food. Especially no soda, and if you really want it every so often make it diet. It takes alot of discipline to be healthy and skinny. I would say trying a vegetarian diet for a while. I know it can be hard to live without meat but it really helps when trying to lose weight. With a vegetarian diet you can still get everything for your meat so consider trying it. It can really help. Also just use what you have at home for exercizing. Getting skinny is more simple then people say.
