Okay. I'm about 5'5'' and I'm 143 pounds. 15 years old. I've gained about 20 pounds in a couple months. I really want to loose weigh by Spring break, my birthday. Say about 20 pounds back to the old me? I have a treadmill, two 5 pound weights, and 3 pounds for ankle weights. But I don't have any way to get to gyms. What would be some good ways to loose weight with those three things by Spring break? I at least want 10 pounds off. I also play soccer but the season is over and is starting after Spring break so I also need to get in shape. I run 2 miles on the treadmill every couple days and go on walks once a week with some friends. HELP. I'd like to not use any money to get better.
