they are giving you a compliment and a good one too. just reply thank you and if you like the boy give him a compliment back

Giving you a nice compliment...they don't even know you to like you.....
It will help when someone says something nice to you to say "Thank you " that might make them like you...but if you don't say anything,,,they will think "Damn she is stuck on herself"...even if its not true....
So the next time you see them, say ...hey good looking....

It's a plain compliment but it may also mean that that person it's interested in you, I mean when I like someone I give compliments, so keep your eyes open for that person.

And just because someone compliments you doesn't mean they're falling all over you, they just think you're cute. Actions speak louder than words. Watch what they do, not what they say, and you'll find out if he likes you.
