It's irritating isn't it! I had a boyfriend like that in high school. However, back then I wasn't smart enough to think up the idea of kissing him myself which is what I suggest for you. However, if you feel uncomfortable doing that, maybe just ask him why he hasn't made a move yet. Maybe he just doesn't understand that you would be okay with it and is a little shy. I hope you work it out!

Have you asked your bf why he will not kiss you? Is he shy? Maybe you should be bold enough to kiss him. Will he not kiss you at all or are you looking more for a passionate kiss? Maybe have some breath mints on hand or some minty gum. Freshen your breath before that moment and plant one on him. Good luck and happy kissing.

Why don't you just ask him why he won't kiss, you? It does take some courage but if you really like him, it's worth it.., Does he really want to be your boyfriend? There could be a million reasons he e won't.kiss you ... maybe he's just shy because he thinks he can't do it 'properly'? Or maybe worse: maybe he isn't really in love with you? Even maybe, worst case scenario, he's gay and you're his attempt to be straight... Or maybe it's something trivial like bad breath... Talk to him about it!

What if he is scared that you will get mad!!! Maybe he really doesn't know how to even kiss and he is scared to tell you. Maybe he isn't sure that he what he wants and does not want to lead you in the wrong direction.

maybe he's shy. Ask him if you can kiss him. Some guys are so shy that they wait for the girl to make the first move. lean in on him and kiss him anyway........lol if he turns his head, then he has issues. maybe he's gay and hiding it.
