any reputable vet will not charge you the consultation fee again. if the initial treatment hasnt worked you can book another appointment and state that it is a follow up appointment.

Sometimes they do not charge you another consultation fee if you have to go back. It's an individual matter with each vet.

not usually as you are just going back with the same condition.
My vet only charged a consultation fees for the first visit
